Can non Jews voluntarily participate in the lighting of the candles and the kiddush and then reading the Torah portion of the week after as a family. (Assuming the family knows that they are not allowed to keep all of shabbat and if they pray instead of saying “Who blessed us” they say “Who blessed Israel” for the lighting of the candles).
