Hi Rabbi I was wondering sometimes I do sins like embarrassing someone or hitting someone herting others feelings saying lashon hara etc. then it’s time for mincha and arvit and I feel too disscusting to pray and why would hashem even bother with my tefilah if I can’t even listen to his rules and follow it. So is it better for me to not pray or should I still pray and ask for forgiveness.
